Terms of Service
1. Purpose
SCROLLBREAK Publisher (“the app”) is a private tool operated by Cemalettin Altınsoy to upload, schedule and verify episodes of the SCROLLBREAK animated YouTube Shorts channel. It is provided only to the owner of that channel. It is not offered to the public and has no sign-up.
2. YouTube Terms of Service
The app uses YouTube API Services. By using the app you agree to be bound by the YouTube Terms of Service. Google's handling of data is described in the Google Privacy Policy, and the app's own data handling in our Privacy Policy.
3. Current scope and limits
- The app works with one YouTube channel only and refuses to upload when connected to any other channel.
- Only episodes that the channel owner has reviewed and approved can be uploaded.
- Videos are always uploaded as private with a scheduled publish time; the app does not publish videos immediately.
- Uploads, scheduling and file clean-up are switched off by default and are only enabled by the channel owner.
- The app does not moderate, edit or monetize content on the owner's behalf and does not access comments, analytics or revenue data.
4. Your responsibilities
The channel owner is responsible for the content that is published, for setting YouTube's audience (“made for kids”) and altered/synthetic-content disclosures correctly, and for complying with YouTube's Terms of Service, Community Guidelines and monetization policies.
5. Availability
The app is provided “as is”, without warranties. Uploads can fail or be delayed (for example because of network problems, YouTube processing or API quota limits); in that case the scheduled slot is skipped rather than publishing late or publishing a different video.
6. Revoking access and ending use
Access can be revoked at any time at Google security settings. Data handling after revocation is described in the Privacy Policy.
7. Changes
These terms may be updated when the app changes; the effective date above will be updated.
